Cempedak muffin

Finally… Finally I bought a big piece of cempedak and pureed the flesh of the seeds to bake as muffins.

For those wondering what is a cempedak … here a link for more info on it!

Since last year I have been wanting to do so but somehow never did managed to do it until yesterday!

Simply love the aroma and taste of the muffin though as usual my eldest did not like such strong smell and taste of such fruits. Thanks to the recipe book written by Chef Siti Mastura.  I bought the book during the fasting month and Chef Siti had kindly even autographed the book …. am soooo happy! 🙂

Waiting to be bake …

and finally ready to eat! … oh and by the way, this beautiful photo of the muffin was taken by my niece, Aishah! 🙂
